Our Cutting policy has a 10% + or - tolerance. You pay for exactly what you get. Not pay more for less that you receive! Our meat is cut and prepared fresh to order. If we cut and it is above the weight indicated in the store (shown as estimations) we will manually adjust the charge up slightly on your payment. If the cut is less than the weight shown we will adjust the price down accordingly on your payment. Payment is only taken on dispatch of the goods.
